The latest edit that I’ve just completed was hard to do but very interesting. Hard because I had to transcribe and edit as I went along. The original manuscript had been typed out very closely (with a typewriter) on about 178 sheets of paper. It was written by a chap who is sadly no longer with us, who served in the Royal Air Force, during WWII and a Night Fighter Pilot and won the DFC (Distinguished Flying Cross)
It was his son, who asked me if I’d be interested in doing it? I said yes, and the next thing I know this large red folder was landing on my doormat. I have now finished it and submitted it to the client, who, I’m glad to say is very pleased with it.
